We won again! North zone title ours. We beat evergreen secondary, Chung cheng high, Punggol Secondary, Anderson Secondary, Yishun Town Secondary and Sembawang Secondary to get where we were.

Although i didnt play today, our team really did a very good job today. we won 26-24 and 25-20 i think. It was a really good and neck-to-neck match. I will do my own jump training seriously liao, have put too much slack off my legs. Time to turn up the heat again! cannot waste youth away.

Today went to sports hall after we came back from woodlands sports hall to train. So far i have decided to train 4/5 recesses, and at least 1 day after school( tuesday or thursday) and go to gym once a week. and be very serious in training yea.

Have sudden interest in rockclimbing suddenly, bad time to do it when i am actually motivated to train my jump, but i shall just go try it out next thursday anyway ba.

Training: Sports hall
Squats: 10x3
Mat jumps with medicine ball: 50
Pylo: 3 sets
back and forth blocking/spike from net: 15x2

Mindset: jump and turn wrist: 150 times a day.
visualisation: 10 mins a day.

At home: pylo 3 sets.

For now thats all, hopefully progress will be made :)
